WeProx Terms of Use
Last updated: September 25, 2026. This document specifies the conditions under which WeProx ("we", "us") provides its USA mobile proxy service. It applies to the website, the customer dashboard, the API, rotation endpoints and every proxy line provisioned for your account. Registering, adding funds or sending a single request through a line constitutes acceptance. The sections are numbered so support can reference them precisely; where another WeProx policy is incorporated, the section says so explicitly.
1. Definitions
For clarity, a few terms are used with a fixed meaning throughout this document. Where these words appear below, read them as defined here and not in any looser everyday sense.
- Line: one physical device (4G or 5G USB modem, 4G or 5G router, or Android phone) with its own US carrier SIM, exposed to you as HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 endpoints with credentials
- Plan: a prepaid service period for a line, billed per day, week or month
- Balance: prepaid funds held on your account and spent on plans
- Dashboard: the signed-in web interface where lines, credentials, rotation and location are managed
- Metadata: non-content information about connections, such as timestamps, byte counts and connecting addresses
2. Service scope
WeProx provisions dedicated lines on AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon in the US metros listed on the site. Hardware type and carrier are selected at checkout and depend on metro inventory. Each line supports sticky sessions, on-demand rotation via rotation link or API, and a per-request rotation mode, with no enforced interval between rotations. UDP is available over SOCKS5.
Addresses are drawn from the carrier's regional CGNAT pool. That pool is finite and shared with regular subscribers, so an address can recur within a day; recurrence is expected behavior, not a fault. Throughput is signal-dependent, typically 20 to 45 Mbps on 4G and 50 Mbps or more on 5G, and is stated as a typical range rather than a guarantee. Relocating a line to another supported metro is free and self-service in the dashboard. The service operates on a best-effort basis and no specific address, carrier or third-party outcome is guaranteed.
3. Eligibility and credentials
The account holder must be 18 or older and legally able to contract. Accepting on behalf of an organization means you are authorized to bind it. You are responsible for protecting dashboard passwords, API keys and proxy credentials, and for all activity that occurs under them. Report suspected compromise to support without delay so the credentials can be rotated.
4. Billing model
WeProx is prepaid only. Funds are added to the balance or paid against a plan at the listed rate before the period starts, and renewals are likewise paid in advance. Rates and plan structures may change prospectively; a change never alters a period already paid. Allocation is one customer per device: while a plan is active, the line's hardware serves your account alone. Refund eligibility, downtime remedies and chargebacks are governed by the WeProx Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
5. Prohibited use
Lines may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any third-party service you access. A proxy alters the network path of a request and nothing else; platform rules still apply to you. The following categories are prohibited without exception:
- fraud, phishing and impersonation
- spam and unsolicited bulk messaging
- malware distribution and botnet operation
- denial-of-service and other network attacks
- credential stuffing and automated login attacks
- unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data
- child sexual abuse material
- transmission of infringing content
- violation of third-party terms of service
6. Abuse handling
Traffic content is not monitored. Abuse reports from carriers, platforms, network operators and authorities are received and processed. In handling a report we may review metadata associated with the line, request information from you, and suspend the line or account pending review. Confirmed violations of section 5 may lead to termination. Valid legal requests are answered as the law requires.
7. Intellectual property
The website, dashboard, API, documentation and marks are owned by WeProx or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use them to operate your lines. Copying, redistribution and reverse engineering are not permitted without written consent.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, with no express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. WeProx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost revenue, profit or data, interruption of business, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid WeProx during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify WeProx against claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, or legal and compliance requirements, with or without notice as circumstances require.
10. Revisions, governing law and contact
Revisions take effect when published here with an updated date; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator of WeProx is organized. Any dispute should first be raised with support so it can be resolved directly. Contact: support@weprox.net, or Telegram at @weprox_bot, both available 24/7.
